A New Recipe

Banana Custard Pie

Today I was faced with some extra ripe bananas....
and my dilemma was...banana bread? or....Banana bread!!!
But...I got to thinking...Pumpkin pie is a custard pie...why not bananas??? So here it is!!
Banana PIE!

3 Medium or 2 Large RIPE



bananas


1/2 cup evaporated milk


5 eggs


3/4 cup packed brown Sugar


1 tsp cinnamon


1 large deep dish ( or two shallow 10 inch)


pie shell (s)






Throw main ingredients in a blender.


Whip on high until liquid.


Pour into prepared pie shell (s)


Bake at 425 for 15 minutes..then drop


down to 350 and continue to bake until


done ( when and inserted toothpick


comes out clean)



Chill and serve with whipped cream.


(can be garnished with sliced bananas)
EASY AS PIE!!!
