Antique Reproduction Flail?

Any Ideas of Age And Worth?

Volfie and I went to a hunting and fishing show today..and in the gun building there were a lot of tables that we selling antique guns and such.  Off in a corner at a small table a man was selling old knives and odds and ends...this is what I bought.
I am pretty sure it is an antique reproduction..VERY cool!
The chain seems newer than the handle and ball.
Any Ideas?
If nothing else it's going to look cool on the wall!
He Looks the Part Doesn't he?
