Sweet Stuffed Acorn Squash!!
This sweet treat is a simple dish that will wow any company, when set on the harvest table!
Simply Cut an acorn squash in half and hollow out.
Place in a baking dish.
Then dice sweet potatoes into the cavity.
Add a dab of butter..a dash each of salt and pepper..and a drizzle of molasses!
Cover with Tinfoil and bake until tender!
Can be scooped out and mashed on the plate or in a bowl..or garnished with a sprig of parsley and served individually a half squash in a bowl to the side of the plate with a spoon!
However you do it..it will be a hit!
